Meeting Memory
Meeting Memory is HintMint's persistent record of everything discussed, decided, and committed to across every meeting in a workspace, built to be queried, not just archived.
What Gets Remembered
- Every decision and its full attribution
- Every action item and its assigned owner
- Key discussion points, indexed by topic and participant
- Documents and notes explicitly shared within the workspace
How Memory Differs From a Transcript Archive
A transcript archive is searchable text. Meeting Memory is structured and retrievable by meaning, so a query like "what have we agreed to with this vendor" returns a synthesized answer instead of a list of documents you'd still have to read.
Memory Across Long Engagements
For ongoing client relationships or multi-month projects, Meeting Memory compounds. The tenth meeting with a client benefits from the context of the first nine, without anyone needing to re-read old notes.
Managing Memory
Admins can review, edit, or delete specific memory entries from Settings > Workspace > Memory if a record needs correction or removal.
