How Your Data Is Protected
This page covers the technical and organizational safeguards protecting your meeting data inside HintMint.
Encryption
- Data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols between your device and HintMint’s servers
- Data is encrypted at rest in storage
Access Controls
Access to meeting data is scoped by workspace and role. Admins, members, and guests (see Invite Your Team) have clearly defined permission boundaries, and access can be revoked instantly by an admin.
Data Isolation
Your organization's data is logically isolated from other HintMint customers. Context and memory built from your meetings are never used to inform another organization's account.
Deletion and Data Portability
- Individual meetings, workspaces, or full accounts can be deleted at any time from Settings
- Deleted data is removed from active systems and scheduled for permanent deletion according to HintMint’s data retention policy
- Export your meeting data at any time in a portable format from Settings > Data Export
