Live Insights

Access real-time contextual intelligence during your meetings. HintMint surfaces AI-suggested responses, relevant past decisions, and speaker context exactly when you need them.

Real-Time Contextual Prompts

As your meeting unfolds, HintMint continuously analyzes the conversation and surfaces relevant prompts in the overlay. These contextual prompts help you stay sharp, ask better questions, and never miss an important point.

  • Topic-aware prompts that adapt as the conversation shifts
  • Key questions to ask based on what has been discussed
  • Data points and facts relevant to the current topic
  • Reminders about agenda items that have not been covered yet
  • Alerts when the conversation drifts off-topic
Contextual prompts are generated by HintMint's proprietary LLM running locally on your device. No meeting audio or data is sent to third-party services.

AI-Suggested Responses

When someone asks you a question or raises a topic that needs a thoughtful response, HintMint provides suggested answers you can use or adapt. These suggestions are crafted based on the meeting context, your role profile, and your past meeting history.

  • Instant response suggestions when questions are directed at you
  • Multiple response options ranging from concise to detailed
  • Tone-matched suggestions that fit the meeting's formality level
  • Technical accuracy powered by RAG-based recall of your past discussions
  • One-click refinement to adjust the suggestion before speaking
AI-suggested responses are starting points, not scripts. Use them as inspiration and adapt them to your natural speaking style for the most authentic delivery.

Prompt Bar

The Prompt Bar lets you ask HintMint questions directly during a meeting without leaving the call. Think of it as a private AI assistant you can consult at any moment.

1

Open the Prompt Bar

Press the keyboard shortcut (default: Cmd+J on macOS, Ctrl+J on Windows) to open the Prompt Bar overlay.

2

Type your question

Ask anything -- 'What did we agree on pricing last quarter?', 'Summarize the last 5 minutes', or 'What objections has this prospect raised before?'

3

Get an instant answer

HintMint responds in seconds, pulling from the live transcript, your meeting history, and any connected knowledge sources.

4

Dismiss and continue

Press Escape or the same shortcut to close the Prompt Bar and return your focus to the meeting.

The Prompt Bar is invisible to other participants. It uses the same screen-share-safe overlay layer as the rest of HintMint's interface.

RAG-Powered Recall of Past Decisions

HintMint's Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) memory system automatically connects your current meeting to relevant past conversations. When a topic comes up that was discussed before, HintMint surfaces the relevant context without you having to search for it.

How It Works

  • Every meeting transcript is indexed and stored locally on your device
  • When a topic arises, HintMint searches your meeting history for related discussions
  • Past decisions, action items, and key outcomes are surfaced in the overlay
  • Context includes who said what, when it was decided, and any follow-up actions
  • The recall system improves over time as your meeting history grows

Example Scenarios

  • A client mentions a feature request -- HintMint recalls when it was first discussed and what was promised
  • A colleague references a past decision -- HintMint shows the original context and reasoning
  • A prospect raises a concern -- HintMint surfaces how similar objections were handled in previous calls
  • A recurring meeting picks up from last time -- HintMint shows unresolved action items and open threads
The more meetings you run with HintMint, the more powerful the RAG recall becomes. After a few weeks of use, HintMint develops a comprehensive memory of your meeting history.

Speaker Context Cards

When a participant speaks, HintMint can display a context card with relevant background information. This helps you engage more effectively with each person in the meeting.

  • Past interaction history -- when you last met and what was discussed
  • Open action items assigned to or by this person
  • Key decisions they were involved in
  • Notes you have taken about them in previous meetings
  • Role and relationship context from your calendar and meeting history
Speaker context cards are built entirely from your own meeting history and calendar data. HintMint does not scrape the internet or use external data sources to populate these cards.
