Privacy Overview

HintMint is built to be trusted with sensitive, high-stakes conversations. This page outlines the principles behind how HintMint handles your data.

What Data HintMint Accesses

  • Calendar metadata (meeting time, title, participants) to detect meetings
  • Live audio during meetings you’ve connected HintMint to
  • Documents you explicitly share within a workspace

HintMint does not access emails, files outside of what you explicitly share, or any calendar events you haven't connected.

Who Can See Your Meeting Data

  • You, as the meeting owner
  • Team members with access to the specific workspace the meeting belongs to
  • Nobody outside your organization, and nobody at HintMint accesses your meeting content except as required for support you’ve requested

Controlling What HintMint Records

Meeting rules let you exclude specific meetings, calendars, or participants from being processed at all. See Connect Your Calendar to set this up.

Data Retention

Meeting data is retained as part of your active workspace memory to power Context Awareness and Meeting Memory. You can delete individual meeting records or full workspaces at any time from Settings > Workspace.
