While a meeting is in progress, HintMint analyzes the conversation and surfaces suggestions in real time, privately, without interrupting the flow of discussion.
What HintMint Suggests
- Talking points relevant to the current topic and your prior context with this participant or deal.
- Follow-up questions when a point is raised but left unresolved.
- Clarifications when a statement is ambiguous or contradicts something said earlier.
- Response suggestions for high-stakes moments like objections or pushback.
- Decision highlights the moment a commitment or agreement is made.
How Suggestions Appear
Suggestions surface in a private overlay visible only to you. Nothing is shown to other meeting participants unless you choose to share it.
Why This Matters
The value isn't in reading everything HintMint suggests. It's having the right prompt available at the exact moment you need it, so you never leave a meeting wishing you'd asked one more question or caught an inconsistency in real time.
Customizing Suggestion Behavior
Go to Settings > AI Assistant to control:
- How frequently suggestions appear
- Which categories of suggestions are active (talking points, clarifications, decision highlights, etc.)
- Whether suggestions are voice-narrated or visual-only
