HintMint
Key Features

Pre Call Briefs

Walk into every meeting fully prepared. HintMint automatically generates comprehensive briefs before your calls with participant context, past interactions, and relevant decisions.

Calendar Integration

HintMint connects to your calendar to detect upcoming meetings and automatically prepare briefs ahead of time. By the time your meeting starts, everything you need to know is already waiting for you.

1

Connect your calendar

Link your Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook from Settings > Connected Calendars. HintMint reads your meeting schedule and participant lists.

2

Set your brief timing

Choose when to receive pre-call briefs -- 15 minutes before, 1 hour before, or the morning of the meeting. You can customize this per meeting type.

3

Review your brief

Open the notification or navigate to the Upcoming Meetings tab to see your pre-call brief. It includes participant context, past interactions, and suggested talking points.

HintMint only reads your calendar events to extract meeting times and participant lists. It does not access your email, files, or other calendar-connected services.

Automatic Brief Generation

Pre-call briefs are generated automatically for every meeting on your calendar. No manual effort required -- HintMint does the research for you.

  • Generated automatically for all calendar events with meeting links
  • Updated in real-time as new information becomes available
  • Customizable depth -- choose between quick summaries and detailed dossiers
  • Role-aware -- briefs adapt based on your coaching profile (Sales, Recruiting, Consulting, Executive)
  • Available offline -- briefs are generated and stored locally so they work without an internet connection

What a Brief Includes

  • Meeting overview -- title, time, platform, and expected duration
  • Participant list with context for each attendee
  • Summary of past interactions with these participants
  • Unresolved action items from previous meetings
  • Related decisions that may be relevant to the agenda
  • Suggested talking points and questions to ask
The more meetings you conduct with HintMint, the richer your pre-call briefs become. After a few weeks, briefs include detailed relationship histories and pattern-based insights.

Participant Context

For each participant in your upcoming meeting, HintMint compiles a context card with everything relevant from your past interactions.

Past Interactions

  • Meeting history -- every previous meeting you have had with this person
  • Key topics discussed -- the main subjects from past conversations
  • Their communication style -- patterns HintMint has observed over time
  • Decisions they were involved in -- important outcomes from shared meetings
  • Action items assigned to them -- open tasks and completed commitments

Notes & Annotations

Any notes you have taken during previous meetings with a participant are surfaced in their context card. This includes highlights, bookmarked moments, and manual annotations you have added to past transcripts.

Participant context is built entirely from your local meeting history. HintMint does not search the internet or use external databases to find information about meeting participants.

Agenda Items

HintMint extracts agenda items from your calendar event description and enriches them with relevant context from past meetings.

  • Automatic extraction from calendar event descriptions and attached documents
  • Context enrichment -- each agenda item is linked to related past discussions
  • Suggested sub-topics based on your meeting history with these participants
  • Time estimates for each item based on similar past discussions
  • Carryover items -- unfinished topics from previous meetings are flagged for follow-up
Add a clear agenda to your calendar events to get the most out of pre-call briefs. Even a simple bullet list helps HintMint generate better context and talking points.

Related Past Decisions Surfaced

Before you walk into a meeting, HintMint identifies past decisions that are likely relevant to the upcoming conversation. This ensures continuity and prevents rehashing topics that have already been resolved.

  • Decisions from past meetings with the same participants
  • Decisions related to the meeting agenda or topic
  • Pending decisions that need follow-up or confirmation
  • Decisions that were revisited or changed over time, with full history
  • Cross-meeting decision threads that span multiple conversations

How Decisions Are Matched

HintMint's RAG-powered memory system analyzes the upcoming meeting's participants, agenda, and topic to find the most relevant past decisions. The matching algorithm considers participant overlap, topic similarity, and temporal relevance to surface the decisions most likely to be useful.

All decision matching happens locally on your device. Your meeting history is indexed in a local vector database that powers fast, accurate retrieval without sending data to external servers.
